1999-2002:  The lost years - Phyllis Jackson, Jim Kitchens, and Wingate Downs rotated fire chief/asst chief - they constituted the fire department and firefighters.
2006: Reorganization to a 501 (C3)  takes effect, new bylaws voted Dec 2005,  establish a Board of Directors and elected officers: Chief, Asst. Chief, Secretary, Treasurer, two firefighters, and two community representatives (all others appointed).
Red are board members (elected), green are appointed by the Chief, blue are awarded.
*2008: Mike Geraci and Ed Frey elected Chief and Asst Chief in December 2007.  Mike Geraci left January 2008, Ed took over, Pat Nolan took Asst Chief.  Pat Nolan did not serve out terms; Wayne Hughes informally acting Asst Chief/TO from 080300-081231.
